Victoria Ward - Managing Director
Victoria Ward has worked within the sport and leisure industry for more than twelve years.
Prior to setting up Fusion in 2000, she was responsible for commercial development at the Sports Council for Wales, managing the business incentive scheme, Sportsmatch, and running an advisory service for sport and business on issues surrounding the sponsorship industry.
Victoria is a former board member of the Institute of Sports Sponsorship and a member of the panel that handled the merger of the ISS and the European Sponsorship Consultants Association (ESCA) to form the European Sponsorship Association.
Since establishing Fusion, she has worked with a number of high profile clients including Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Welsh Football Trust and Ryder Cup Wales 2010 Ltd.
